    Hello, There is conflicting information about the support arm. It says 750 to 1050 in the written description, but in the pictures it shows it being 700 to 1000. I need to buy a 700 width shower tray so can you confirm the correct size of the support arm please as i want to make sure this will fit? Many thanksOur Advice

    It is an adjustable bar between 750 to 1050mm.

    Are bathroom ceiling is a low raked ceiling so the wall support doesn't work. We need one vertical to the ceiling but can't find one anywhere that will fit the thicness of the black frame. Do you sell something for this? Our Advice

    We don't have any option available with a ceiling support arm.

    Can the support arm be fixed vertically to the ceiling? Our Advice

    The support arm is to support the shower panel mose on the back to wall and side walls straight as you can see in the picture, you can get further advice from your professional installer.

    The wall profile is approximately 40mm. The glass slide into the wall profiles.

    The adjustment range is in place to make sure it wont overhang

    No there wouldn't be any rubber seals that come with this.

    Are the black squares painted on or are they solid framed squares, as I have found a few other brands that are frame effect rather than being real solid rigid squares. ThanksOur Advice

    The squares you refer to are an adhesive transfer on the outside of the glass, they are not solid metal.
