Bathroom Mountain Returns Policy

At Bathroom Mountain we like to keep things as simple as possible. Your time is precious and all we want is for you to have your dream bathroom, so if a product isn’t quite right, we have a clear policy to help you.

One thing that we ask is that you check your order as soon as its delivered and report any issues to our Customer Services team within 48 hours at customer.service@bathroommountain.co.uk

To summarise, if you don’t like a product, simply return it within 28 days of receiving it...

What do I need to do to return a product?

All you need to do is to follow this simple returns process:
1.     Complete this short form by clicking here
2.    Tell us your order number and the reason you would like to return the item
3.    Provide a photograph of the items ready for return
4.    Wait for us to contact you to confirm your request has been accepted

Please note the following -

Unwanted items will need to be returned at your own cost

You are free to choose a courier of your choice. We recommend that you use a fully insured service.

All products will need to be returned in a resalable condition and will need to be in its original, undamaged packaging (and/or pallet).

As long as you have done this within 28 days of receiving a product and it is still in an unused condition, we’ll be able to offer you a full refund.

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse and is in the care of the courier, you will receive a dispatch email. The order is then unable to be amended. Therefore please ensure that delivery dates, addresses and items are correct prior to dispatch.

If an order is cancelled after dispatch or the delivery is refused, there will be a flat rate charge of £40 per pallet for the order to be returned to us.
