Avon Stone Grey Combination Vanity Basin and Seattle Toilet 1000mm

It’s really good and products are good quality however please please make sure you get the correct size as the customer service for returns are bad. I had already ordered vanity basin /sink and toilet however the toilet vanity was not correct size for my bathroom, I called the customer service for return or exchange for this however they said I have to deliver and send it to them via secure courier which will cost me more then buying the new one. Since I’m doing my house renovation I’ve been buying so many stuff and who ever is in my shoes can understand that sometimes things can go south however the customer service did not understand my situation even when I sent them images of the sealed unopened box. Well that’s my honest review. Bought extra accessories however I would suggest don’t buy it as it looks good but not good quality. Overall The price is good, quality is good however no customer service. Not at all.

Replacement order delivery very quickly

We unfortunately cut the back panel wrong (embarrassing). But replacement was sent at a discounted price so couldn't praise this company anymore they where great.
