Came ready built easy to install and delivered next day

pleased with the items,look good,delivery on given date,havent fitted yet,so hopefully everything will be ok.

Product is really good but there is no way I'd buy anything ever again due to the poor delivery and rudeness of driver order was 3 days late but what was worse I had to take 3 days off work because they kept saying it would be delivered next day and it wasn't very very disappointing

Sorry guys, the vanity unit & basin is ok. The WC unit is constructed in such a way that it needs to be modified to accept a waste exit from the toilet in the horizontal position. The waste outlet centre is 180mm from floor & so clashes with the lower rear bracing of the WC unit. The toilet pan isn’t great quality either, it is quite uneven on the base & the rear, the ceramic coating does not cover the lower half of the outlet which also has an unusually small opening at the entry to the P trap. The toilet pan is going to be substituted for something better.

Not completely unpacked it but at a quick glance all looks good. Sadly delivery was 24 hours late .
