How does the control dial at the bottom work? Does it turn in the direction of the arrow on? Does it contain an ON/OFF switch? Our Advice

Yes, the heating element has a on or off switch. There are 2 modes; Constant temperature mode: The adjustable temperature range is 45°C to 65°C. The default temperature is 65°C and the first red light is 45°C. Each subsequent red light increases by 5°C. Timing mode: Preset timer. Heating time is preset for two hours by factory. Manual setting: One hour heating increase per press setting. 1st light: 1 hour, 2nd light: 2 hours,3rd light: 3 hours, 4th light: 4 hours, 5th light: 5 hours. Under timing mode manual setting, the heating temperature is locked at 65 °C. Temperature is not adjustable. The device will tum off automatically when it has reached the set heating time.
