Give your bathroom more storage and a generous wash space with an 800mm vanity unit. The wider size gives you more room around the basin and spacious drawers underneath, making it particularly useful when the bathroom is shared by more than one person.

800mm units are well suited to family bathrooms and larger en-suites where there is enough wall space for a wider design. Store toiletries, skincare and other daily essentials in the drawers instead of around the basin. Wall hung styles are especially handy for keeping the floor easy to clean, while also giving the bathroom a neat, modern feel.

Explore fluted fronts, smooth gloss designs and marble top styles at Bathroom Mountain, with many options featuring soft close drawers. The collection includes white, graphite grey, navy, blue, oak and walnut, with chrome, matt black and brushed brass details. A plumber can fit the unit and connect your basin and waste, while a soft, damp cloth is enough for regular cleaning.

Our Price Match Promise, fast next-day UK delivery options and Excellent Trustpilot rating give you extra peace of mind when placing your order.

What Are 800mm Vanity Units?

800mm vanity units are bathroom cabinets 800mm wide, with a basin on top and drawers below. The pipework stays hidden inside, so you get a bigger basin and more storage in one tidy unit.

Is An 800mm Vanity Unit Right For My Bathroom?

An 800mm vanity unit suits family bathrooms and larger en-suites with a decent stretch of wall. Measure your wall width, check how far the unit sticks out, and make sure your door still opens past it.

Do 800mm Vanity Units Come With A Basin Included?

Most 800mm vanity units come with a matching basin ready to fit. Marble top versions usually come without one, so you can pick your own counter top basin in rectangular, curved, oval, round or pill shapes.

Are Taps And Wastes Included With An 800mm Vanity Unit?

Taps and wastes are normally bought separately. That lets you match them to your accents in chrome, matt black or brushed brass. Just check the tap hole position on the basin before ordering.

How High Should A Wall Hung 800mm Vanity Unit Be Fitted?

A wall hung 800mm vanity unit is usually fitted with the finished basin height between 760mm and 850mm. Comfort height installations go up to around 900mm, which is easier on your back.

How Much Storage Do You Get In An 800mm Vanity Unit?

An 800mm vanity unit gives you wide drawers that hold everyone's toiletries, spare towels and cleaning bits. The waste pipe runs through the back, so usable depth is slightly less than the outside width.

Which Colour 800mm Vanity Unit Should I Choose?

Gloss and linen white keep a bathroom bright and go with any suite. Graphite grey suits modern schemes. Navy blue, inky blue, oak and walnut make more of a statement, especially with brushed brass accents.

Do I Need A Plumber To Fit An 800mm Vanity Unit?

Yes, a plumber connects the basin, tap and waste to your pipework and fixes the unit securely. With a wall hung unit this size, they'll check the wall can take the weight first.

How to Choose 800mm Vanity Units for Your Bathroom?

To choose 800mm vanity units for your bathroom, measure your wall width and check where your waste pipe sits first. Decide whether you want a basin included or a marble top with your own counter top basin, pick a colour that works with your suite, and match the accents to your taps.
