Needed radiator urgently after having been badly let down by Victorian Plumbing and their courier BJS. Had ordered and paid for next day delivery from them but product 'lost' between VP and courier!! Anyway, Bathroom Mountain had just what was needed. Simple to order and flat rate next day delivery so honest pricing. Kept informed by both BM and their courier by email and text. Courier gave acceptable 2 hour window and tracker that worked so did not have to wast time. Call from courier before delivery and radiator arrived exactly when expected. Well packaged so bo problems. Fitted and working. Great example of customer service - unlike VP and their delivery process from the Dark Ages! Would highly recommend Bathroom Mountain and will use again.
