The mirror was broken when arrived , I reordered it and the second one came broke too , I think the warehouse May have a broken batch , but I got a refund in the end which was very quick so no complaints with the speediness of that

Unfortunately the first mirror we ordered turned up smashed. But Faith in the customer services team responded to our message immediately and shipped a replacement out the same day. However, that mirror arrived smashed too! But again, Faith responded to our message immediately and shipped a replacement out the same day, she also offered us a full refund for our troubles and organised a courier to collect the two broken mirrors. The third mirror arrived without a scratch and was easy to install. So despite the initial inconvenience, everything turned out ok and Faith was wonderful - so thank you, Faith!
