    The hose would not cause any damage to the bath under normal use.

    Is it possible to move the hand shower attachment to above the wall fixing when installing so it’s higher up? Our Advice

    This will go as high as the middle support bracket, but this won't go any higher, due to a difference in the diameter vertical rail(s).

    are there any extension poles? ive just fitted this and its fully extended and is at my chin im 5'7 btw, if you dont sell them please can you advise where i can purchase one, at the moment leaves the shower totally unusable. Our Advice

    Unfortunately, we don't have any extension poles for this, however, you may be able to purchase compatible ones from alternate websites / stores.

    Sadly, we do not have an extension riser pipe for this shower.

    If the water pipes are coming from underneath the bath (i.e. via drilled holes on a top side of bath panel), not from the wall - would it be possible to install this shower kit there? (i.e. mixer tap would be sitting on the top of a bath, not on a wall)Our Advice

    No, they would need to come from the wall otherwise the riser rail would not be able to be installed
